HR Techology Management
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of HR technology solutions, such as HR databases, payroll software, and timekeeping systems. Ensure that the technology meets the organisation's needs and integrates seamlessly with existing processes.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage part of or the entire recruitment and onboarding process on behalf of the organisation, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to conducting interviews, making job offers, and induction. This can help streamline the hiring process and ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
Training and Deveopment
Identify training needs and design training programmes.
Scope and organise training on industry related mandatory topics such as diversity and inclusion, health and safety, safeguarding (education), prevent duty (education), and data protection.
Develop and implement study support policy and procedures.
Implement and issue study support agreements to ensure return on investment.
